An AI task can work well at first and still get worse later.

The information may change. A person may stop checking the answer. A draft may slowly turn into a promise.

The rule is simple:

Check one AI task every week.

What to look at

Pick one task that uses AI.

Ask:

  1. Did AI make a mistake?

  2. Did a person check the answer?

  3. Should we keep it, fix it, or stop it?

That is the whole review.

Example

AI turns sales call notes into follow-up tasks.

Most of the tasks are useful.

But one task says the customer will receive an order next week.

The call notes never promised that date.

The answer is simple:

  • remove the made-up date

  • remind the person to check each task

  • tell AI not to add dates that are missing

Then test it again next week.

Your action today

Choose one AI task you already use.

Make one decision:

  • Keep it.

  • Fix it.

  • Stop it.

Do not leave it running just because it worked once.
