The answer may look clean and sound confident. That does not mean every fact is true.
The rule is simple:
Check important facts before you use an AI answer.
Example
The original notes say:
The order shipped Tuesday.
The carrier says it is moving.
No delivery date was given.
AI writes:
Your order will arrive Friday.
Friday was not in the notes.
AI made it up.
A safer answer is:
Your order shipped Tuesday. The delivery date has not been confirmed yet.
What to check
Look for important facts such as:
names
dates
prices
promises
rules
numbers
Ask one question:
Can I find this fact in the original information?
If the answer is no, remove the fact or check it with a person.
Do not guess.
